Senior Business Support Consultant,Digital Marketing, Medical Device Industry 10/2010 – 12/2022

Implement Analytics framework with marketing organization to track activities to goals and KPIs all 4 business areas in the U.S. Affiliate. Assemble data from various sources and place in tools such a Tableau and Google Looker so that leadership has 360 degree view of marketing cost and conversions. 

  • Led enterprise-wide efforts with Marketing and IT teams for improved data flow and tracking of campaigns using all tools including Tag Manager, Marketo, Salesforce and AEM. 
  • Streamlined customer’s efficiency of access to digital services via saleforce.com CRM by improving quality of contact data. Removed 500K obsolete contacts, merged over 10K duplicates, and addressed other issues impacting many business areas.
  • Re-designed training solution to be scalable to fit the US market and large user base. Built an automated workflow providing data to Global System Owner resulting in automatically created customer training environment replacing manual work of 3 teams. 
  • Used expert level competence in Google Analytics to deploy Google Analytics on all U.S. websites (3 premier sites and about 15 microsites) via Google Tag Manager. Linked Google Analytics accounts to Google Ads accounts. Customized reporting inside of Google and outside via API calls from Alteryx and Tableau.
  • Developed custom dashboard solutions for reporting site and campaign’s performance in Tableau and Looker (Data Studio).
  • Combined data from all 5 U.S. website Google Analytics accounts into a single dashboard for cross site reporting using Tableau that was implemented by U.S. affiliate. Provided first view of effectiveness of various sites and advertising leading to these sites. Resulting in decommissioning of low traffic sites along with consolidation of content on main site improving efficiencies. Realized cost savings by enabling purchase only ads that generated traffic. 
  • Provided competitive intelligence reporting via SimilarWeb to enable monitoring and adjusting company’s marketing activity to outpace competitors in digital space.
